Auction & Bidding Rules
Effective October 2026
Binding bids
Every bid or structured offer transmitted through the marketplace is a binding intent to purchase at that amount. Do not bid on assets you cannot fund.
Reserves
Auction reserves are undisclosed. If the reserve is not met when the mission countdown reaches zero, the listing locks without a sale and the shop may relist or negotiate directly.
Hard stop
The countdown timer is authoritative. Bids received after the lock are rejected by the platform and will not be honored.
Winning bidder
The high bidder is contacted within one business day of lock. Payment and collection must be completed within seven business days or the asset returns to inventory.
Retraction
Bids may not be retracted. If an error is made, call the parts desk immediately at (984) 209-1766 before the listing locks.
Inspection
Bidders are encouraged to inspect in person at the Durham yard before bidding. Inspection appointments are available Monday through Saturday.
