Service requests
Submitting a dispatch request does not create a binding contract until a dispatcher confirms the unit and ETA by telephone. Emergency recovery is prioritized by roadway risk, not by submission order.
Repair work
All repair and recovery work is quoted before execution. Additional findings are authorized in writing or by recorded phone consent before work continues. Parts are warranted per manufacturer terms; labor is warranted for 90 days.
Marketplace purchases
Listed assets are sold as inspected and described. Instant-buy orders are reserved at the Durham counter and must be collected or paid within seven business days.
Academy access
Course access is granted to the operator ID that enrolls. Certificates of competency reflect assessment performance only and are not a substitute for employer verification or licensing.
Liability
Our liability for any single job is limited to the value of the work performed, except where North Carolina law provides otherwise.
