What we collect
Dispatch requests (name, callback number, unit details, breakdown location), procurement activity (bids, offers, saved assets, orders) and academy progress records. We do not collect payment card numbers on this site; parts and services settle at the Durham counter or by fleet account.
How we use it
Your details are used to dispatch recovery units, prepare quotes and repair orders, fulfil parts orders, and track training certification. Bidding records are shown publicly on the listing as an anonymous callsign and amount.
What we never do
We do not sell operator data. We do not share breakdown locations with third parties for marketing.
Retention
Repair orders and invoices are retained for seven years for tax and DOT compliance. Academy progress is retained while your operator ID is active.
